Hi! Can i ever hold my hamster?

I have no idea how old he is... okay so i bought him like idk 6 months ago? he takes treats from me but i cant find a perfect treat my robo LOVES. Like my sister she had a bird and she got a treat they ADORED so whe trained them by saying UP! and they go on her hand. he is a robo by the way. i also bought many treats for him. like healty toppings fruits and carrots and crossients (for hamsters) seeds yogort drops IDK WHAT TO USE ANYMORE im nice to him i buy him toys and gifts any taming tips??????
