Ingredients, method and techniques for making a meat feast pizza?

i am making a meat feast pizza at school for food technology and the toppings i want are mushrooms, cheese, tomato puree, meat balls, beef and chicken.. could anyone help me and give me a list of ingredients and measurements, the method for making it and the techniques that will be used? thanks!
