Combinations and/or Permutations?

I donot have much knowledge about pizzas but i think a pizza must have atleast one topping so if he chooses one toping then he has 3c1 choices piz wit two top in 3c2 ways piz wit three top 3c3 ways total 3c1+3c2+3c3 equals 7.
