The worst thing to do is ignore him. It will make it 10X more awkward. You need to get a grip and face him head on. It's just got to be done. You need to tell him how you feel, and if he doesn't feel the same way, just say that you want to stay friends, and if he says he likes you too, well.. ask him out! Hope this helps.
