Polenta recipes? Mush?

I have a tube of polenta and im not sure what to make with it. Whats a good simple recipe for it? Specifically, mush. I really want to make mush with it. Otherwise I'll just fry it in olive oil for 4-5 min on each side like the package says. Is it good by itself or does it need toppings? Thanks.
