How to make my dad stop drinking?

I work on rotation schedule - 4 weeks - on, 4weeks -off. I construct my house. My dad helps me deal with it when I'm off. Not that i couldn't manage to do it without him. I just let him assist me. He's just gone into retirement and has nothing to do. When I'm at my work I'm informed he drinks being in the building area. I surely dislike it. I don't know what to do with it... And I getting angry
